C. Believing that our
church is established by our Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit of the
latter rain, and that she is the revived true church of the apostolic days.

Our church is established by the Lord through
the Holy Spirit of the latter rain.
a.
The
Holy Spirit descended in two periods.
(a)
God gives the autumn rain (early rain) and the
spring rain (latter rain) in its seasons (Deut ;
Jer ).
(b)
The Holy Spirit of the early rain first
descended in the apostolic days (Acts 1:8, 2:1-13).
(c)
The Holy Spirit of the latter rain has descended
in the last days of the world (Joel ,
28-31).
b.
In order to establish the church the Holy
Spirit must be present.
(a)
Only those who have the Holy Spirit are sent by
the Lord (Rom ; Lk ,
19; Jn ,
22).
(b)
Only those who have the Holy Spirit have the power
to forgive or retain sins (Mt 18:17, 18; Jn
20:21-23).
(c)
The true church of the Lord can
be established only through the Holy Spirit (Eph ;
Zech 4:6).
2.
She is the true church revived from the church
of the apostolic days.
a.
A true church must possess the following three
conditions:
(a)
The presence of the Holy Spirit (Eph ,
Cor ;
Rom 8:9).
(b)
The presence of wonders and miracles (Mk -20;
Heb 2:1-4; Acts 14:3).
(c)
The words that she preaches must be in
accordance with the Bible (Gal 1:6-9; Eph ,
20).
b.
Revive the church to the same conditions
as in the days of the apostles (Amos ).
(a)
Having the same Holy Spirit (Eph
4:4; 1 Jn 4:1-3).
(b)
Having the same doctrines (Eph -20,
4:4-5).
(c)
Having the same power (Acts 1:8, -16).
(d)
Having the same holiness (Acts -27,
5:1-11).
(e)
Having
the same love (Acts -47, -37).
