What was Jesus" attitude towards the Pharisees and Sadducees?

Jesus told His disciples, “Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees” (Mt 16:6). “Beware of … the leaven of Herod” (Mk 8:15). Obviously, Jesus never compromised with any of the parties listed above. Some people who saw Jesus’ miracles wanted to take Jesus by force and make Him king, perhaps leading the revolution to restore Israel; however, Jesus withdrew himself before they could make Him king (Jn 6:15). Jesus told us clearly when on trial, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.” (Jn 18:36). Jesus is the king of heaven, for which He was born into the world. His mission was to save sinners into God’s eternal kingdom (Mt 1:21; 2 Tim 4:18).
