V.  Receiving Power

A.     Evangelism starts with receiving power (Acts 1:8). When we preach in Africa, we talk about the Holy Spirit first. When truthseekers receive the Holy Spirit, it is easier for them to understand the truth. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth.
