D. Believing that
being baptized full immersion (the whole body) with the head bowed in living
water is a sacrament for the forgiveness of sins and regeneration. This baptism
must be performed in the holy name of the Lord Jesus Christ by a baptist who has received both the
baptisms of water and of the Holy Spirit.

A sacrament must fulfill the following conditions:

It has to be personally established by the Lord.
·
The Lord's commandment for the disciples to follow.
·
It concerns salvation.

Water baptism has the effect of receiving
forgiveness of sins and regeneration.
(a)
Forgiveness of sins (Acts ,
; Rom 6:6, 7).
(b)
Regeneration (Tit 3:5; Rom 6:3, 4; Jn 3:5).
(c)
Baptized into Christ (Gal -29;
Rom 6:3; 1 Cor ).

To be baptized by those who have
received both the water baptism and the Holy Spirit baptism.
a.
Only those who are purified through the
water baptism qualify to perform the sacraments (cf. Neh ;
Ex 29:4; Acts ).
b.
Only those who have received the Holy
Spirit are sent by the Lord and have the authority to perform sacraments (cf.
Rom ; Jn 20:21-23; Lk
4:18, 19).

The correct mode of water
baptism.
a.
To baptize in the Holy name of the Lord
Jesus Christ (Acts , 19:5, ).
b.
With whole body fully immersed in the
living water (Mt ; Jn ;
Acts ).
c.
With the head bowed (Rom 6:5, 8; Jn ;
Ps 40:12).
