印度聖工小組
印度聯絡處（CBI）和當地教會的發展依然緩慢。這與當地的文化和領導人的教育水準比較低有著極大的關係。年長的領導人和他們對新一代接班人的猜疑、不合是一大阻礙，這項工作需要長時間的牧養和耐心。教會發展將由新一代來開始，當他們成為教會的柱石，事情或許會有新的轉變。印度事工小組（IMC）和印度聯絡處（CBI）將繼續建立一個「自我管理、自我宣道和自我支助」的教會。
The development of the Coordination Board in India (CBI) and the local churches is still slow. This has very much to do with their local culture and the lower education among the present leaders. The disunity and suspicion of the older leaders among themselves and towards the younger generation continue to be a hindrance. We have to be patient in this aspect of the work. It needs time. Development will start with the younger generation. Things may have a new turn when they become the pillars of the church in the future.
India Mission Committee (IMC) and Coordination Board in India (CBI) will continue to work towards a church that is "Self Administer, Self Propagate and Self Finance."

Administration
* 印度事工小組將協助印度設立一個好的組織和管理系統。一直以來，所有的努力都是注重於重組印度聯絡處。自明年開始，我們將注重於堅固地方教會。
* 將繼續進行行政管理訓練／工作坊。
* 把事工手冊分配給各教會以協助成為管理教會的準則。」
* 為各教會規劃合一的「教會規章」。
* 印度聯絡處將努力邁向設立印度總會。
* IMC will continue assisting India to set up good organization structure and administrative system. Previously, all efforts were centered on reorganizing and restructuring of the CBI. Next year, we will focus our attention on strengthening the local churches.
* Training / workshop on Management & Administration will be on going.
* Divine Workers Handbook will be done-up and distributed to all churches as guidelines to manage the church.
* Uniform "Church Constitution" will be drawn up for all the churches.
* CBI will work towards the establishment of the General Assembly in India.
宣道與開拓
Evangelism and Pioneering
* 地方傳道將會被差派到新開設地區如Ariyalur和Pillur。
* 計劃協助Ariyalur教會。（教會設立已大約5年。信徒耗盡自己的財產湊錢來購買一塊大60ｘ46英吋的地來建造教堂。信徒人數大約有20位成人。參加宗教教育班的兒童有37位。）
* 計劃協助Pillur教會。（這是一個新的宣道地點。靠近的地方有Veppur「主要大道」和Ulunderpet。教會現在正湊錢要在那裡購買地皮。信徒們目前都聚集在一位信徒的家進行聚會，有很多慕道者參加。兒童大約有20位，可在那裡開始宗教教育班。）

* Local Preachers will be posted to the newly established areas such as Ariyalur and Pillur.
* Plans to assist Ariyalur church building (Church established for about 5 years. Members have exhausted their funds to raised money to buy a piece of land that is 60 x 46 feet and raised money to construct a church premise. Membership is about 20 adults. Children attending REU is 37).
* Plans to assist Pillur church building(New area of evangelism. Near by are Veppur [major crossroad] and Ulunderpet. Church is raising money to buy a piece of land there. Many truth seekers. Members gathering in a member house for service. May start REU classes there on a permanent basis. There are about 20 children).
* IMC and CBI will focus more attention to the work in Bangalore in Karnataka state (have reestablished contact with the church there) and work in Andhra Pradesh state (we are in the process of having contact with a group that is also called "True Jesus church").

* 透過長執系統化講習會來加強長執的品質。

* Will enhance the quality of Deacons through Ministers Post Systematic Seminar.
* Will study into the ordination of an Elder in India* Suitable candidates to be ordained as Deacons* Pre-Ordination Lessons will be held.
* Will look into the strengthening of worship - prayer and pulpit ministry.
財力
Finance
我們很高興看到印度目前的資金狀況，大家都互相分擔聖工上的費用。最近，他們也一同分擔訓練中心的維修費用。藉著神的恩典我們可以看到他們在財力方面上的穩固。
* 印度聯絡處將繼續探討增加奉獻的方法（「一天一杯茶」計劃，奉獻給印度聯絡處）。
* 將繼續協助印度聯絡處和地方教會設立健全的資金系統。
We are happy to see the present state of the financial situation in India. They are able to share in the expenses of the divine work. And most recently they are sharing the maintenance expenses of the Training Center. By the grace of God we are able to see the strengthening of their financial situation.
* CBI will continue to look into ways to increase collection (project of "A Cup Of Tea A Day" offerings for CBI).
* Will continue to assist India in setting up good financial system in CBI and even the local churches
訓練
Training
* 我們開始讓印度講員帶領更多的訓練課程。當然，我們依然關心訓練課程的發展。我們將繼續觀察、指導和帶領新的工人。印度事工小組將繼續協助宗教教育和聖職工人的訓練班。
* 全職傳道訓練班如今已進入第三年課程，亦將會在今年10月結束。他們將在2005年進行實習課程。印度聯絡處和事工小組將會為這些實習傳道進行評核。實習傳道們將在2005年9月畢業且被按立（傳道人數將增加到6位）。
* We have pass on more training programs to be conducted by the India lecturers. We will however closely involve in the training program and will continue to monitor, guide and lead the new workers.
* IMC will continue to assist in training especially in Religious Education and Training of Workers.
* The Full Time Preachers Training is now in its Third Year. Studies end in October. Year 2005 will be the Practical Year. Assessment of the Trainee Preachers will be ongoing and monitored by CBI and IMC. The students will Graduate and be Ordained in September 2005. (bringing the number of trained Preachers to six).

* Will continue to hold "Spiritual Nurture" sessions for all full-time staffs.
真耶穌教團
True Jesus Mission
* 當地傳道將定期被差派到Vandiperiyar的真耶穌教團協助。他們會在那裡協助一個月，與信徒同住在他們的村子裡，以便能夠更了解他們的生活，以更適合的方式來向他們宣講。
* 我們讓各領導人到Chennai印度神學訓練中心接受有關信心的密集訓練課程，他們都能夠明白以及接受這真理，其中五位已領受了聖靈。我們將繼續在當地教會舉辦靈恩會，也為接受真理的信徒施洗。我們會確定他們明白洗禮的真諦以及了解他們與未受洗的朋友們之間的關係。
* Local Preachers will be posted to TJM Vandiperiyar on a regular basis. The local Preachers would remain in TJM for a month in a stretch. They would stay with the TJM members in the estates. With this, we are able to understand the TJM members better and are able to convey our message to them clearly.
* We have already brought the leaders to ITTC Chennai to undergo an intensive program on the Articles of Faith. They are able to understand and accept the truth. Five of them have also received the Holy Spirit. We will proceed to conduct Spiritual Meetings in the local churches and proceed to baptize those who accept the truth. We will ensure they understand the implications of been baptized and their future relationship with those who are not baptized.
