Receiving God's Word        

How can God, who is love, send anyone to hell to suffer eternally? If He loves every human being, why can't He allow everyone to go to heaven, without any condition?        

John 3:16 reads, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." If a person receives eternal life when he believes, does he need to be baptized?
