The Basic Requirement of Servitude – Offering
I.
Preface:
The true servitude consists of three
factors:
1.
Duty of Servitude: In Greek, servitude and worship always use
the same word. Therefore, our daily
offering of prayer, thanksgiving, praise, and worship are all duty of
servitude. (Acts 13:1~2).
2.
Life of Servitude: Our life, moral, and all the behaviors are
all testimonies for God, are also servitude. (Acts 1:8).
3.
Work of Servitude: We use the gift to serve God. Everyone who serves God whole heartedly in his/her
own position accomplish the work that God has entrusted.
II.
Content:
Everyone who wants to serve the
Lord must first offer sacrifice of him or her self to the Lord. It is to offer first then to serve. (Roman
12:1)
