James says, “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind†(Jas 1:6). Jesus said, “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them†(Mk 11:24). “[F]or he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him†(Heb 11:6).
